What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of printing services including document printing, business cards, wedding cards and more. Whether it’s black-and-white or full-color, we’ve got you covered! 

Do you offer discounts for bulk printing? 
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. The discount depends on the quantity and complexity of the job. Feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept payments via PayNow or bank transfer only. All payments must be made before we can process your order. We will provide payment details when we confirm your order.

How do I contact you?
You can reach us via WhatsApp at +(65) 84755417. Please note that we only respond to WhatsApp messages; no calls will be entertained. 

Orders

How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply email us at hello@printrescuesg.com with your request and attach the documents you need printed. We’ll get back to you with a confirmation and any additional details.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed? 
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if your order is already in production or has been shipped.

What if I’m not satisfied with my prints?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your prints. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I place an urgent order?

Yes, we understand that sometimes urgent needs arise. If you require an urgent order, please email us directly at hello@printrescuesg.com or  WhatsApp +(65) 84755417. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability and resources. Please note that an additional fee may apply for urgent orders.

What file formats do you accept? 
We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, and Word files. If you have a different file type, let us know, and we’ll do our best to work with it! 

How long will it take to complete my order? 
Most orders are completed within 1-2 business days. Larger or more complex jobs may take a bit longer, but we’ll provide an estimated completion time when we confirm your order.

Do you offer same-day printing?
We do offer same-day printing for certain jobs, depending on when you place your order. Contact us as early as possible to check availability and turnaround times for urgent requests.

How long does it take to complete my order? 
The production time for wedding card services typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks upon confirmation of the design, depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping times vary based on your location. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

The production time for customized items typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping times vary based on your location. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery for an additional fee. However, many customers choose to self-collect their orders at no extra cost.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can choose to self-collect your order. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you so you can come by and pick it up at your convenience.

Returns & Refunds

What if I’m not satisfied with my prints?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your prints. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized or perishable (i.e. food, beverages, flowers etc.) items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the problem. To submit a complaint, customers must provide a proof of unboxing video.
